This application involves the use of SOL (Solana) for competitive gameplay. Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile. There is a risk of loss of entry fees due to gameplay outcomes or network errors. Play responsibly.

1. Acceptance

By connecting your wallet and signing a transaction, you agree to these Terms. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where skill-based competitive gaming with cryptocurrency is legal.

2. No Custody

Brick Breaker GameFi is a non-custodial application. We do not have access to your private keys or the ability to withdraw funds from your wallet without your signature.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using bots to manipulate the outcome of matches is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to blacklist any wallet address found violating fair play rules from our matchmaking server.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOSSES DUE TO BLOCKCHAIN CONGESTION, FAILED TRANSACTIONS, OR SYSTEM VULNERABILITIES.
